+$30 to create a unique memorial piece encorporating your loved one's cremated remains into the artwork itself. Message us to discuss details and learn more about the process.

Ornaments are painted on 1 side and can include a name, date or short message on the front of back. We can also paint a simple design like a heart, snowflake or rainbow, etc. Comes with twine hanger and sealed with a finish.

Please note the wooden ornaments have a natural edge and often have minor chipping, cracking or peeling and is to be expected. Each ornament is aprox 5"-7" in diameter with some differences in size and shape. Some are oval, circular or have ring variations in them. If a major crack happens, even over time just let us know and we can chat about repair.

Timing is dependent on time of year and if there are other orders in process. We will confirm time-frame with you when you place your order but it's a good idea to plan on about 7-10days to complete from deposit to ready for shipping/pick up.

Subjects should be in good lighting, well focused, detailed and digitally sent. Multiple photos of the subject work best and any input you have is helpful. Your general feel of the area or subject, what your favorite part is, what stands out, what makes them special as well as what you prefer to see less of are all things that can help direct us to capture the character of the piece. It's the little details and feelings of the moment or subject that make it personal. We can also combine images and change the background or scenery as needed.

We like to have your input to make sure it is going in the direction you want however it is hard to see what it will look like when it’s halfway done as the middle process can look a bit like a blob. For this reason we tend not to share progress work until it is nearly finished, unless requested.

Once the composition is agreed on, 2 small changes are included in the pricing before it is officially finished. (eye color, background details, small shape changes etc). Larger changes (position change, adding or removing subjects, major color changes, etc) will require additional charges but our goal is always to give you something that you love.
We really pour our hearts into each and every piece and as they require so much time and energy we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase with the remainder due at time of completion, prior to shipment/local pick up or delivery.

As these are all custom pieces and require our undivided time and effort to create, partial refunds are only considered upon special request and circumstance. Just send a message and we can chat about it.
